Amy Randall, an English journalist, travels all around Latin America, from Mexico to Easter Island (Chile), seeking out festivals. She goes to Carnival in Humahuaca (Argentina) and Santiago (Cuba), plays drums on St John's Eve in Barlovento (Venezuela), enjoys music and dancing at the Vallenato Legend Festival (Colombia), takes part in the Festival of the Sun (Peru), relives the legends of Moors and Christians in Boaco (Nicaragua), and celebrates the Day of the Dead on the shores of Lake Pátzcuaro (Mexico).
