• Summer Term 2 2026 all Spanish courses at Duke will use the 20-chapter edition of Proyectos on The KWL Hub platform
• Students need to choose the correct duration of access (6, 12 months) considering not only the length of the summer courses but also their plans for continuing the program in the fall and beyond, to maximize the return on their investment.

Sample Recommendations for Choosing Duration for Summer 2026
• If you are starting in Spanish 101 and plan to take two more Spanish courses on campus in Fall 26 and Spring 27, we recommend a 12-month license.
•If you are starting in Spanish 102 and plan to take two more Spanish courses on campus in Fall 26 and Spring 27, we recommend a 12-month license.
•If you are starting in Spanish 203 and plan to continue to 204 in the fall, we recommend a 6-month license. However, if you plan to skip a semester before continuing to 204, then we recommend a 12-month license.
•If you are starting Spanish in 204 or 211, we recommend a 6-month license.
