Please be aware as you plan your Spanish studies at Duke that a Book License Code is valid for 6 or 12 months upon activation. Please purchase a license that will cover the entire semester so that it doesn’t expire before the conclusion of the course.

- Example 1: if you take Spanish 101 in the fall semester and Spanish 102 in the spring semester, then the most economical option is to purchase a 12-month license.
- Example 2: if you start your Spanish studies at Duke in Spanish 204, then the most economical option is to purchase a 6-month license.

Note: Book License Codes are available via Duke eCampus, but at a 30% mark-up. It is therefore recommended that, unless you are directed to work with eCampus due to scholarship requirements, you purchase your materials through this site.
