Die Entdeckung der Currywurst

Many people are convinced: Currywurst is a Berlin dish from the late 1950s. But Uwe Timm tells us a very different story! It begins in Hamburg, in 1945, shortly before the end of the war. Lena Brücker meets the young boatswain Hermann Bremer and doesn't want to be separated from him.
